Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Dependable, reliable and friendly with customers.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to take direction in a team.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary deli area and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing healthy options and prepare fresh meals.
• Ensure deli items are properly prepared, packaged, and presented.
• Fill, rotate, and display products; prepare special orders and trays.
• Operate deli equipment safely and maintain cleanliness of area.
• Receive, inspect, and log product shipments for quality and temperature.
