Ideal candidates are dependable, friendly, and able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Lifting up to 70 lbs and standing for extended periods are required in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in grocery, restaurant, or related field.
• Dependable and reliable with positive attitude and customer focus.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to take direction.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Comfort with various deli temperatures (cooler/freezer).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in making healthy food choices by preparing fresh meals.
• Ensure deli items are properly prepared, packaged, and presented; maintain cleanliness of the deli area.
• Fill, maintain, and rotate products and displays.
• Prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate deli equipment following standards and procedures.
• Maintain safety and sanitation in the deli area.
• Receive, inspect, and log products for accuracy and quality.
