Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Deli Clerk to prepare fresh foods and create a welcoming customer experience. You will help customers choose from deli meats, cheeses, hot foods, and prepared items, and slice meats for grab-and-go options while keeping service friendly and efficient.

In addition, you’ll keep the department stocked, clean, and organized, monitor freshness and temperatures, restock, and work with equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer and guest service demonstrated in person or over the phone.
• Experience with deli products, slicing, assembling, and portioning.
• Knowledge of deli meats, cheeses, prepared foods, and hot case items.
• Accuracy in portioning, labeling, pricing, and order completion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold items and grab‑and‑go options.
• Stock, clean, and maintain organized displays.
• Monitor product freshness and temperature.
