Job summary

Ideal candidates are at least 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent, dependable, with strong communication and teamwork. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent, with grocery/food service experience preferred.
• Dependable, reliable, and able to interact positively with customers.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to take direction.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand for extended periods; maintain safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting healthy options and preparing fresh and ready-to-serve meals.
• Prepare, package, and present Deli items; maintain cleanliness of the Deli area.
• Fill, rotate, and display products; handle special orders and party trays.
• Operate deli equipment (slicers, ovens, microwaves, scales) following standards.
• Receive, inspect, and log products for shipment accuracy and quality.
