Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent, with grocery/restaurant experience preferred.
• Reliable and dependable with a friendly, customer-facing attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing healthy foods and prepare fresh and easy meals.
• Ensure deli items are properly prepared, packaged, and presented; maintain cleanliness of the deli area.
• Fill, rotate, and maintain product displays.
• Prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate slicers, ovens, microwaves, cutting tools, scales and other deli equipment safely.
• Receive, inspect, and log shipments for accuracy, temperature, and quality.
