• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent and grocery/restaurant experience or an education/experience equivalent.
• Be dependable and reliable with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and the ability to interact with customers.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting healthy foods; prepare fresh and easy meals.
• Provide high customer service; ensure Deli items are prepared, packaged, and displayed cleanly.
• Fill, maintain, and rotate products and displays.
• Prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate deli equipment safely (slicers, ovens, scales, etc.).
• Maintain a clean, sanitary deli area and log product shipments.
