Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen, deli or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Working knowledge of ingredients, vegetables, and meats in the department.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of all food items (wash, cut, weigh) as needed.
• Maintain cleaning of the food production area and equipment.
• Follow food safety practices and OSHA safety guidelines.
• Set up and take down promotional displays; label shelves and keep stock neat.
• Assist customers with orders and answer questions; process checkout accurately.
• Perform other duties as required by business needs.
