Sysco in Florida is seeking a Fresh Cuts Associate to support the Line Leader on the production line. You will help with packing or processing, maintain a clean, organized workstation, and participate in shift transitions while following safety rules.

You will learn on the job with no required prior experience, and a background in food production or warehouse roles is preferred. The role requires teamwork and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• 6+ months in a food production, warehouse, or general labor role preferred.
• Prefer HS diploma or GED, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned packing or processing tasks on the production line.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
• Assist Line Leader in preparing and transitioning the line between shifts.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Identify quality or safety concerns and report to Line Leader.
• Assist in moving materials and replenishing supplies.
• Maintain accurate records or labels when required.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and cooperate with team initiatives.
