Job summary

You will be observant, identify issues proactively, and communicate potential improvements to the Line Leader, ensuring quality and continuous improvement as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• 6+ months in food production, warehouse, or general labor preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned packing or processing tasks on the production line.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
• Assist Line Leader in preparing and transitioning the line between shifts.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Identify quality or safety concerns and report to Line Leader.
• Assist in moving materials and replenishing supplies.
• Maintain accurate records or labels when required.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and cooperate with team initiatives.
