Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Fresh Cuts Associate to support the production line on a daily basis. You will assist with packing and processing tasks, keep the workstation clean and safe, and help transition the line between shifts.

No prior experience is required, but 6+ months in food production or warehouse roles is preferred. You will follow safety procedures, report quality issues, and help replenish supplies while working in a refrigerated environment.

Qualifications

• Education preferred: high school diploma or GED; on-the-job training provided.
• Experience not required; 6+ months in food production, warehouse, or general labor preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions, work on a team, and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform packing or processing tasks on the production line.
• Keep workstation clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist Line Leader in preparing line between shifts.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Identify quality or safety concerns and report to Line Leader.
• Move materials and replenish supplies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records or labels when required.
