Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED preferred but not required.
• Experience: No experience required; on-the-job training provided; 6+ months in food production or related role preferred.
• Skills: following instructions, teamwork, attention to detail, safety awareness, communication, and physical stamina.

Responsibilities

• Perform packing or processing tasks on the production line.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
• Assist Line Leader in line transitions between shifts.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Identify quality or safety concerns and report.
• Assist in moving materials and replenishing supplies.
• Maintain records or labels when required.
• Support continuous improvement and team initiatives.
