Job summary

FreshPoint Atlanta, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate to support the Fresh Cuts line on the day shift. You will help the Line Leader with packing and processing tasks, keeping the workstation clean, safe, and organized.

No prior experience is required; on-the-job training is provided. This role involves standing for long periods in a refrigerated work area and requires attention to safety and detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Experience in food production, warehouse, or general labor is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform packing or processing tasks on the production line.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
• Assist Line Leader in preparing and transitioning the line between shifts.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Identify quality or safety concerns and report to Line Leader.
• Assist in moving materials and replenishing supplies.
• Maintain accurate records or labels when required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
