FreshPoint, Inc. is seeking a Fresh Cuts Associate to support the Line Leader on the production line, performing packing or processing tasks while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.

You will be observant, identify issues, and communicate improvements to the Line Leader. Job Summary

The Fresh Cuts Associate is responsible for supporting the Line Leader with day-to-day activities on the production line. This includes maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area while efficiently completing packing or processing tasks. The Fresh Cuts Associate must be observant, identify issues proactively, and communicate potential improvements to the Line Leader.

• 30%Perform assigned packing or processing tasks on the production line
• 20%Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
• 15%Assist Line Leader in preparing and transitioning the line between shifts

Qualifications

Education

Prefer High School or GED but not required.

Experience

• No experience required, on the job training provided
• 6+ months in a food production, warehouse, or general labor role (preferred)

Skills
