FreshPoint, Inc. is seeking a Fresh Cuts Associate to support the Line Leader on the production line, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe work area while efficiently completing packing or processing tasks.

This role emphasizes being observant, communicating improvements, following safety procedures, and collaborating with the team to maintain quality and productivity in a refrigerated production environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• 6+ months in a food production, warehouse, or general labor role preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well on a team.
• Standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs; work in refrigerated environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned packing or processing tasks on the production line.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
• Assist Line Leader in preparing and transitioning the line between shifts.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Identify quality or safety concerns and report to Line Leader.
• Assist in moving materials and replenishing supplies.
• Maintain accurate records or labels when required.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and cooperate with team initiatives.
