Job summary

Festival Foods in Holmen, WI is seeking a Fresh Cut Produce Lead to guide a team delivering high-quality ready-to-enjoy produce and an outstanding guest experience. Reporting to the Produce Department Manager, you will oversee daily operations, inventory, and department standards to keep the shopping experience seamless.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in stocking/produce roles, and excellent communication in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Experience in stocking, retail sales associate, or produce associate roles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Understanding of on-the-job safety, food safety and sanitation best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Deliver outstanding guest interactions and address concerns professionally.
• Support & Train the Team: Lead, coach, and develop fresh cut associates.
• Maintain Fresh Inventory: Monitor stock, shrink, and pricing accuracy.
• Oversee Department Standards: Ensure quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Engage with Guests: Assist with product selection and special orders.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Work with store leadership and vendors to keep the department running smoothly.
• Keep the Department Organized: Maintain a clean, efficient workspace.
• Honor Commitments: Maintain attendance and provide notice for absences.
• Support the Team: Perform other duties as assigned.
