Responsibilities

• Assist the Produce Department Manager by working closely with all Produce associates.
• Promote Festival culture, customer service, and performance expectations.
• Assist in training new Produce associates and retraining as needed.
• Answer questions and provide guidance to all Produce department staff.
• Ensure department standards are met by monitoring floor and back stock.
• Maintain stock levels and accurate pricing on products sold.
• Communicate with Store Director and Managers to uphold standards and guest satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service by helping guests and addressing requests.
