Qualifications

• Maintain freshness and stocking levels in the fresh cut department as needed.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve concerns promptly.
• Keep the department clean and organized and ensure safety practices.
• Follow food safety logs and meet quantity expectations by target times.
• Show regular, timely attendance and flexibility for schedule variations.
• Ability to operate and handle department equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Freshness: stock the fresh cut department according to sales and conditions.
• Provide Exceptional Service: assist guests and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure Cleanliness: keep work areas and sales floors tidy and sanitized.
• Monitor Quality & Food Safety: uphold standards and logs, meet goals by 10am and 5pm.
• Honor Commitments: maintain attendance and arrange coverage when needed.
• Support the Team: perform other duties as assigned.
