Job summary

Contentful, now part of Salesforce, seeks Solution Engineers to partner with our sales team across EMEA, especially in France. You will own discovery, design, and technical validation, traveling up to 50% and working with global teams to demonstrate how Contentful fits a prospect’s technology stack.

Fluent English and French are required, with strong presentation skills and experience in modern web technologies.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Sales/Solution Engineer/Architect roles or 5-10 years as a developer in cloud-based SaaS/Marketing Tech.
• Fluent English and French.
• Strong presentation skills to convey business and technical concepts to varied personas.
• Experience with modern web technologies (JS frameworks, REST APIs, CDNs, CI/CD).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to support EMEA customers, esp. France.
• Explain Contentful's value and how it compares to legacy tech.
• Assess project requirements and validate against Contentful platform; identify risks.
• Create product demos and assist with technical evaluations.
• Communicate needs and feedback to product management, marketing, and sales.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Customer Success to deploy and launch projects.
