The position is remote but must be performed within Hungary; you’ll troubleshoot issues, provide clear solutions, and keep customers informed throughout their cases, while collaborating with engineers and internal teams.

The role requires strong communication in English and French, and a customer-focused mindset.

• Provide customer and technical support, including troubleshooting and installation/deployment assistance for engineers
• Resolve inquiries efficiently by following support procedures, escalating complex issues to Level 2 when needed
• Maintain data privacy and security compliance while collaborating with customers, engineers, and internal teams
