Odoo is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of direct customers across North America, serving as a trusted advisor to drive adoption and value realization of the Odoo ERP platform.

You will build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, guide them to achieve business goals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure retention, renewals, and growth. This hybrid role is based in Brisbane, CA, and requires English and French fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, SaaS, ERP, or another client-facing role.
• Fluency in English and French (professional or native/bilingual).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-first mindset with a proactive, consultative approach.
• Interest in technology and business process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own and proactively manage a portfolio of direct customers across the North American market.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and understand their business goals.
• Drive product adoption and engagement with Odoo best practices.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess health and outcomes.
• Mitigate churn risks and drive renewals and revenue goals.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional Odoo applications.
• Collaborate with Consulting, Support, Sales, and Product teams to resolve issues.
• Advocate for customers by sharing feedback with internal stakeholders.
