Job summary

InEight Inc. is seeking a French-speaking Construction Project Engineer/Manager with strong cost controls to train client teams on our suite. You will implement processes, train users, and drive adoption across owners, engineers and contractors while collaborating with product and support teams.

The role requires 5+ years in engineering/construction, with travel ~15% and remote work flexibility. Strong communication and experience with office tools and PM software are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and at least 5+ years in engineering or construction.
• Educational background in listed fields (construction management, engineering, business, CS, etc.).
• Strong experience in estimating, project controls, scheduling, and contract management.
• Experience facilitating training in person and online.
• Able to work with diverse roles and travel about 15%.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, PDF tools, Aha!, ServiceNow, HP ALM, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Experience with Power BI semantic modeling and visualizations.

Responsibilities

• Train client core teams on the InEight suite and drive adoption.
• Convey business processes, end-user roles, and quality solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align decisions with portfolio strategy.
• Provide feedback to Product Manager to aid backlog prioritization.
• Produce end-user training and marketing communications.
• Utilize construction background to implement products and accelerate adoption.
• Serve as spokesperson with client stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external teams; travel as needed.
• Support product testing and defect resolution pre-release and during hyper care.
