Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of French language
• Strong ability to engage with users while mirroring brand voice
• Experience in social media moderation and, if possible, live stream moderation
• Familiarity with Sprinklr, Khoros, or Sprout Social is a plus
• Excellent spelling and grammar, ability to follow guidelines and workflows
• Strong multitasking and proactive mindset

Responsibilities

• Moderate and nurture online communities for well-known brands
• Engage with users in real-time, answer questions, and troubleshoot
