Alta Resources is seeking a French Bilingual Customer Care Representative in Florida to deliver best-in-class service and sales support. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, chats, and social media while maintaining CRM data accuracy and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include resolving issues, presenting product information, and identifying upsell opportunities, all while meeting performance metrics in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Fluency in English plus one of Spanish, French, or German is required.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide high quality customer service and sales support via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Analyze and resolve customer issues with a sense of urgency and empathy.
• Enter data accurately into CRM and client systems and maintain records.
• Identify potential upsell opportunities and relay to sales where appropriate.
• Meet deadlines and performance metrics in a fast-paced team environment.
