Qualifications

• Familiarity with safety and compliance in GenAI contexts.

Responsibilities

• Audit the work of Data Labeling Associates, providing actionable feedback.
• Answer complex linguistic questions and support team operations.
• Lead onboarding and training for new associates in Arabic dialects.
• Monitor workflow queues and escalate risks to Team Leads.
• Identify patterns in human and model behavior to improve guidelines.
