Job summary

Welo Data is looking for experienced Data Quality Analysts to ensure high data integrity for Project Perseus in San Francisco. You’ll mentor Data Labeling Associates, audit their work, provide tactical support, and facilitate training. Ideal candidates have 2-4 years of experience in data annotation or QA, fluency in French, and a Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a focus on detail and safety compliance. Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in data annotation, QA, or related fields.
• Professional-level proficiency in French.
• B2 level English for technical reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Experience auditing or reviewing work and coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Audit work of Data Labeling Associates providing structured feedback.
• Answer complex linguistic questions and interpret guidelines.
• Lead training for new associates on Arabic dialects and AI safety.
• Monitor workflow and identify blockers, escalating risks.
• Spot patterns in model behavior to inform project guidelines.
