Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in data annotation, QA, or human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Professional-level proficiency in Portuguese (Portugal).
• B2 level or superior English fluency.
• Prior experience in auditing or reviewing works.

Responsibilities

• Audit the work of Data Labeling Associates and provide feedback.
• Answer complex linguistic questions and train new associates.
• Monitor queues and identify workflow blockers.
• Spot patterns in human and model behavior to improve guidelines.
