Job summary

Welo Data is looking for experienced Data Quality Analysts in San Francisco to ensure top-tier data integrity for AI projects. You will mentor Data Labeling Associates, audit their work, and provide critical insights. Candidates must have 2-4 years in QA or data annotation, fluency in Italian, and a bachelor's degree. Qualifications

• 2–4 years in data annotation, QA, or human-in-the-loop workflows required.
• Professional-level proficiency in Italian and English fluency at B2 level or superior.
• Experience in coaching and auditing others without micromanagement.

Responsibilities

• Audit the work of DLAs and provide structured feedback.
• Act as the first line of defense for complex linguistic questions.
• Lead hands-on training for new team associates.
• Monitor workflow queues and escalate risks as needed.
• Identify high-level patterns to contribute to project guidelines.
