Welo Data is seeking a Data Quality Analyst in San Francisco to oversee data integrity in Project Perseus. You will audit the work of Data Labeling Associates, provide actionable feedback, and lead training. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in data annotation or QA, fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English. Qualifications

• 2–4 years in data annotation, QA, content quality, or human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Professional‑level proficiency in Portuguese (Portugal).
• B2 level or superior English for stakeholder interactions.
• Experience auditing or reviewing the work of others is essential.
• A high bar for quality and consistency in shifting guidelines.
• Familiarity with safety, compliance, or policy evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Audit the work of Data Labeling Associates, providing feedback.
• Answer complex linguistic questions and interpret guidelines.
• Lead hands-on training for new associates.
• Monitor workflow and identify blockers.
