Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in data annotation, QA, content quality, or human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Professional-level proficiency in Portuguese (Portugal) and a University Degree.
• B2 level or superior English for stakeholder syncs and technical reporting.
• Experience auditing or reviewing the work of others with coaching skills.
• High attention to detail and adaptability to shifting guidelines.
• Familiarity with safety, compliance, or policy-driven evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Audit the work of Data Labeling Associates and provide structured feedback.
• Answer complex linguistic questions and interpret evolving guidelines.
• Lead training for new associates and support their workflow.
• Monitor queues and escalate risks to Team Leads.
• Identify patterns in human and model behavior to inform project guidelines.
