Welo Data is seeking detail-oriented Data Labeling Analysts to support speech and voice AI systems. This 100% onsite, full-time position requires French fluency and strong attention to detail, with the ability to work across multiple US locations.

You’ll evaluate model outputs, perform audits, and document findings to improve data quality. The role emphasizes rigorous adherence to guidelines, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and delivering steady output in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in French and strong written communication.
• 1 year of work experience in data labeling or related content work; or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply guidelines consistently.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Comfort with structured, process-driven environments and time management.
• Willingness to ask questions and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior to identify patterns and edge cases.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully and flag when they don’t reflect real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks beyond execution.
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly.
• Participate in team calibrations and stakeholder syncs.
