Job summary

Welo Data is seeking Data Labeling Analysts to support speech and voice AI systems in a 100% onsite role across multiple US cities. This production-focused position emphasizes accuracy, consistency, and strong judgment in handling audio and language data.

You'll evaluate model outputs, perform audits, and help shape evaluation frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality, structured datasets for real-world AI applications.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Arabic and strong written communication.
• 1 year of data labeling or related content work, or a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply guidelines consistently.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Experience with AI, speech technology, or language data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior — identifying patterns, edge cases, and failure modes.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully — and flag when they don’t reflect real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks, not just executing them.
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly.
• Participate in team discussions, calibrations, and stakeholder syncs.
• Partner with leads and cross-functional teams to refine quality standards.
• Document findings in a clear, concise, and actionable way.
