This onsite role focuses on building high-quality datasets for real-world AI, handling audio, speech, and language data to ensure models are trained on accurate inputs. This position requires native French fluency and strong attention to detail, with 1 year of experience in data labeling or a related field, or a related degree.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of work experience in data labeling, annotation, or content-focused work; or a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured feedback.
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior, identifying patterns and edge cases.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully and flag when they don’t reflect real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks and processes.
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly.
• Participate in team discussions, calibrations, and stakeholder syncs.
• Partner with leads and cross-functional teams to refine quality standards.
• Document findings in a clear, concise, and actionable way.
