Welocalize, Inc. is seeking data labeling analysts to join Welo Data for French-language labeling tasks in a fast-paced AI data production environment. You will evaluate and provide structured feedback on AI model outputs, focusing on accuracy and consistency.

Work is onsite in multiple cities in the U.S. (Bay Area and others) with full-time hours; pay is $28/hour. Ideal candidates have native French, strong written skills, and at least 1 year of related experience or a relevant degree.

Formación

• Native-level fluency in French.
• Strong written communication and language fundamentals.
• 1 year of work experience in data labeling, annotation, or related content work; or a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply guidelines consistently.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Comfort working in structured, process-driven environments.
• Willingness to ask questions and escalate when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior to identify patterns and edge cases.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully and flag when they don’t reflect real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks beyond execution.
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly.
• Participate in team discussions, calibrations, and stakeholder syncs.
• Document findings in a clear, concise, and actionable way.
