Welocalize, Inc. is seeking Detail-oriented Data Labeling Analysts for the Project Perseus team, focusing on French language data to support Speech & Voice AI systems. This 100% onsite role requires reliability, strong judgment, and consistency across repetitive tasks.

You will evaluate AI outputs, audit data and model behavior, and document findings clearly. Candidates must be fluent in French and have 1 year of relevant experience or an equivalent degree.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in French.
• 1 year of work experience in data labeling, annotation, or content-focused work, or a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply guidelines consistently.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior; identify patterns, edge cases, and failure modes.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully and flag when they don't reflect real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks, not just executing them.
• Document findings in a clear, concise, and actionable way.
