Job summary

Welo Global is seeking a French Content Specialist to curate and validate written and audio content from a remote USA location. The role requires native or bilingual French, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow client SOPs and guidelines.

You will handle daily QA tasks, workflows, and ticketing while complying with security standards. The position runs 12 months with a pay rate of $23 per hour and requires excellent time management to meet SLAs and throughput targets.

Qualifications

• Native-level or bilingual fluency in French with strong market awareness.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step procedures and quality standards.
• Basic problem-solving skills to identify issues and gather evidence.
• Strong time management to meet productivity and quality expectations.
• Proficient with MS Office and comfortable with multiple web platforms.
• Experience with content operations or QA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily content curation for written publications and audio content using established SOPs and client guidelines.
• Validate content and metadata for completeness, consistency, and basic accuracy; apply straightforward corrections when covered by guidelines.
• Identify and document content issues, defects, and bugs in internal tools using required templates and ticketing standards.
• Escalate unclear, high-impact, or out-of-policy issues to the Team Lead/SME with clear context and supporting evidence.
• Manage assigned queues to meet defined throughput expectations and turnaround times/SLA requirements.
• Follow information security, confidentiality, and secure work environment requirements.
• Maintain high attention to detail while completing repetitive or high-volume tasks.
• Participate in team meetings, calibration sessions, and required training; incorporate feedback to improve accuracy and consistency.
