Responsibilities

• New Business Development: prospect new opportunities via cold calls, emails, networking; maintain a sales pipeline.
• Customer Development: grow an individual book of business and manage relationships for growth.
• Freight Brokerage & Industry Development: learn cradle-to-grave brokerage and pricing strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Operations, Carrier Sales, Accounting and leadership; CRM updates and handoffs.
