Buckle is seeking a Freight Coordinator for our Reno, NV store to fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will receive shipments, prepare orders, and manage backroom organization while delivering excellent guest service and teamwork.

The role requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate POS software. No prior experience is required, and full-time benefits are available after waiting periods.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving and unpacking daily shipments.
• Ship merchandise and manage backroom organization.
• Operate POS software to process shipments and transfers.
• Prepare and label shipments with appropriate packaging.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and backroom.
• Report policy violations to Store Manager or HR.
