Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Freight Coordinator to fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. This role handles receiving shipments, unpacking, shipping, backroom maintenance, and routine store upkeep to support overall store operations.

Responsibilities include verifying invoices, packaging, labeling, and maintaining shipment records while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs.
• Retail store environment; ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise invoices against items received to ensure shipments are correct.
• Create FedEx labels and ship items; handle packaging as needed.
• Maintain shipment-related paperwork and organize backroom supplies.
• Assist with floor readiness, transfers, and maintain neat, organized store areas.
