Job summary

The Brand House Collective is seeking a Stock Team Member in Humble, TX to support freight flow, backroom organization, and salesfloor replenishment. This role requires a high level of organization and urgency to keep stock moving and displays accurate pricing.

No experience is required, though stock experience is a plus. You will work weekends and evenings, lifting up to 45 pounds and climbing ladders as needed.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary, stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results oriented and competitive with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to read and interpret company directives, Handbook and Manuals.
• Ability to work a schedule to meet the business needs of the store (often early mornings and off hours).
• Ability to lift and move 45 pounds or more on a regular basis.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Ability to lift and move bulky merchandise on a regular basis.
• Ability to stoop, bend, climb and lift to stock and retrieve merchandise from stockroom and sales floor on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving merchandise safely and efficiently.
• Keep stockroom organized and maintain orderly backstock.
• Replenish salesfloor and implement price changes.
• Support driving profitable sales and protect company assets.
• Take accountability for personal performance.
• Greet customers professionally and adhere to brand dress code.
• Support company initiatives and show initiative during shifts.
• Process shipments promptly and report to shift with a positive attitude.
