Responsibilities

• Review electronic data interchange between FEDEX.com and NESSS.
• Input non-electronic transactions into NESSS from FEDEX.com.
• Respond to shipment status inquiries using NESSS, FEDEX.com, and SWAP.
• Prepare bills of lading and pre-audit freight bills for accuracy.
• Maintain tariff files and carrier rate and routing guides.
