D&G Solutions is seeking a Senior Logistician to support the U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Command in Baltimore, MD. You will manage a team of five logisticians and ensure maintenance and supply operations meet government standards.

Responsibilities include training, coordinating with senior staff, and delivering regular status reports. Candidates should have deep experience with Coast Guard logistics processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years engaged in logistics support of small boat maintenance.
• 5+ years of experience with the Coast Guard Logistics Business Model.
• 3+ years of experience utilizing FLS and NESSS.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and training to junior logisticians.
• Coordinate with the Section Chief to fill gaps due to personnel shortages and surge in workload.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure successful execution with clear goals and priorities.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on contract work status.
• Oversee a team of five logisticians to maintain government-approved quality.
