Qualifications

• Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, customer service oriented, and eager to ensure team success.
• Ability to function independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills - analyze large data sets using formulas.

Responsibilities

• Handle complete transactional air and ocean pricing requests and spot quotes.
• Review client shipment requirements when quoting to ensure accuracy.
• Recommend optimal shipping methods, routing, or carriers to meet specs and costs.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to understand market trends and seasonality for quotes.
• Follow up with sales and record rate request results.
• Contribute to special projects and reports as needed.
• Support RFQ processing as a training path and bid-management activity.
