Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or transportation functions, including: Freight bill auditing, Freight rates and carrier management (sea, air, and land), Logistics, traffic, parts warehouse, or accounting operations.
• 4-5 years of general logistics operations experience required.
• Automotive industry experience strongly preferred.
• 5 years of analytics experience within logistics or transportation industries required.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly freight payment files for inbound and outbound shipments using customized internal workflows.
• Create weekly check requests for freight bills in coordination with Finance.
• Analyze freight payment data; research and resolve payment variances; maintain pending lines at targets.
• Communicate discrepancies to freight payment vendors and coordinate corrections.
• Audit and report international and domestic accessorial charges weekly and monthly.
