The role collaborates with freight payment vendors and Finance to ensure accurate cost processing, variance resolution, and timely reporting across logistics and finance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or transportation, including freight bill auditing, carrier management, and related operations.
5 years of analytics experience within logistics or transportation industries.
Automotive industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Process weekly freight payment files for inbound and outbound shipments using internal workflows.
Create weekly check requests for freight bills with Finance.
Analyze freight payment data; research and resolve variances.
Maintain monthly landed cost reporting and update rates in AMOS.
Pull and report freight data using Access and SQL queries.
Provide ad hoc reports and cost analyses for management and HQ (Seoul).
Backup Transportation Analyst support for scheduling as needed.
