Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support daily freight operations and driver check-in processes.
• Maintain documentation accuracy for BOLs, DRs, manifests, and related records.
• Coordinate customer communications for delivery appointments and status updates.
• Resolve OS&D and freight discrepancies with internal teams.
• Provide cross-functional administrative support and backfill during PTO.
