Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in freight operations or logistics with supervisory responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of freight handlers and operational staff.
• Coordinate loading, unloading, and handling of freight shipments.
• Plan and prioritize freight operations to meet customer demands and deadlines.
• Ensure proper documentation, labeling, and packaging in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor workflow, adjust resources, and liaise with customers and carriers.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety training as needed.
• Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate freight movement records.
