Job summary

XPO's Freight Operations Supervisor role in California leads the freight operations team, developing procedures and directing daily tasks to meet production goals and ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related work experience in warehouse, distribution, supply chain, transportation or similar environment.
• Knowledge of LTL industry, hazardous materials regulations and DOT rules/regulations.
• Willing to work days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all aspects of freight operations.
• Develop and implement strategic work procedures to meet department demands.
• Evaluate, manage, and supervise workloads and tasks.
