Qualifications

• 4+ years of related work experience and supervisory/management experience.
• Experience in the LTL freight industry.
• Familiarity with hazardous materials regulations, OSHA and DOT rules.

Responsibilities

• Manage the efficiency and effectiveness of delivery service to customers.
• Oversee complete daily operations of the service center.
• Monitor revenue, profit and cost controls.
• Ensure staffing, utilization and management of personnel.
• Mentor and manage all facility personnel.

Skills
