Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience in a warehouse, distribution, supply chain or transportation environment.
• Knowledge of the Less-than-Truckload (LTL) industry and DOT regulations.
• Willing to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all aspects of freight operations.
• Develop and implement strategic work procedures to meet department demands.
• Evaluate, manage and assign workloads and supervise tasks.
• Coach and develop employees and conduct evaluations for performance.
• Ensure on-time, damage-free customer freight processing, loading and delivery.
