Job summary

You will work with DOT regulations, support onboarding of owner-operators, assist cross-border shipments, and analyze data to improve efficiency. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years in customer service, account management, sales, transportation or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of transportation management systems and freight operations.
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation safety standards.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor freight movement to ensure safe, timely transportation.
• Use TMS to manage shipment execution, track freight, optimize routes, and record data.
• Identify and resolve service disruptions; communicate updates to customers and partners.
• Dispatch capacity including overflow freight to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with ISPs and drivers to maintain DOT compliance and safety standards.
• Support onboarding and training for new owner-operators on processes and documentation.
• Coordinate cross-border shipments and ensure applicable regulations are followed.
• Monitor temperature-controlled shipments and cold chain compliance.
• Analyze freight flow and route performance to drive efficiency and asset use.
• Work with operations, safety, and analytics teams on routing improvements.
